Went to BB&B today,and saw this. A 15" paella pan for $20. Plus with the 20% off coupon,it was only $16! Gonna break that sucker in tonight.

Hey Phil, Are those red handles Plastic? I know that the web site sayes it can be put in the oven but I was wondering.

Also, do you think it would fit in the 18" WSM?

Brad,no they are not. It's just paint.
I'm not sure about fitting in the 18" WSM. I don't think the lid would fit!
