IMHO I suspect that the foods on the fire wire might not rotate well in order to grill the second side.

Your mileage might vary, after all, it is his Father-In-Law.

Rita, Fire Wire works well, i haven't had any problems getting the food to rotate as i turned them...

Rita, you can read more here about Fire Wire and hopefully will not have to use their wonderful customer service. Indeed, their customer service is quite outstanding!
