Whats a good nonstick pot/saucepan for making sauce? I've been using the Emerald stainless pots (old wedding gift) but my sauce ends up sticking to the sides. Just trying to get some ideas.
I have a set of the Emeril encapsulated SS pans and obviously the key is low heat. I've never had sauces stick to the side, maybe a little burn age on the bottom.
Have you tried a heat tamer?
I have a small one from Calphalon Kitchen Essentials. It's nonstick, but also oven safe to 400 degrees. IIRC, I picked it up at Bed Bath and Beyond for about $25.
