Hi, can anyone recommend a quality poultry shear? I'm tired of the cheap Walmart brands. thanks a lot.

I've a set of Wusthoff poultry/kitchen shears that I really like - they come apart making clean up easy.

I have the same Wusthoff take apart ones mentioned above. I like them except if you open them too far that fall apart. Very good quality though.

I also have the Wusthoff shears. Although I like them, if I had my druthers, I'd wish that they were a little longer.
