Boneless turkey roast...Anyone cooked on WSM?

This is apparently not processed turkey but a boned turkey made into a roast looking thing. They reccommend to cook from frozen. I am gonna try cooking it on my BBQ. Anyone else tried this? I am going to thaw then cook otherwise it will probably take days to complete. Any help or input would be appreciated.

I've done them.

Let it thaw in the fridge.

The ones I have done have been netted, so you may have to adjust the skin if it has been wrinkled.

I cook them high heat (around 320-350) in the wsm, but you can easily do in the kettle too.

Ya I decided to thaw and net it. It is work in progress this afternoon.

Here's what I have done

Juice from 10 lemons
Zest from 1 lemon
1/2 sauteed yellow onion
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 tbl sea salt
4 cloves garlic
1 cup chicken stock
A nice bunch of fresh sage, tarragon and rosemary chopped
a little groung pepper
dash of white wine

-Combine in a sauce pan bring to a boil for a few minutes.
-Keep some off to the side for basting and add some veg oil to it
-Allow the remaining to cool then marinate turkey for 2 hrs
-Stuff it all into the net

then I stuck it on the BBQ at 275 let you know how it turns out
