I've been hijacking all the other threads so I figured I'd start my own...
Threw a brisket and 2 racks of Beef Spare Ribs on around 10 a.m. The ribs are done and resting. The brisket has about 15 degrees left (I like mine wet and pulled). Been drinking grilled and smoked Bud Lights all day - White Boy Brewery, 4.8% patent pending. Got the island music on and relaxing. Not a care in the world, just doing the damn thing! Glad I can be apart of Smoke Day 9 - My first smoke day - My first brisket on a smoker. Love my WSM!!
