Hi everyone,
People generally like to only post complaints but I wanted to do the opposite.

Last week my 2 year old thermapen began to act funky. The warranty is only for a year. So I figured that I'm screwed. Since it is really expensive I wasnt going to just throw it out. I contacted Thermoworks via email about it. A rep emailed back in a matter of hours. Suggested i send it in to see about repairing it and it would probably cost about $25 to do it.

I sent it in and after a few days they said they were going to replace it for me. FOR FREE! I didnt even have to pay shipping!!! And they put a little bag on jelly beans in the box.

Its stuff like this that creates loyal customers.

Thermoworks you rule and the cost of the Thermapen was worth every penny!
 
Exact same situation happened to me.....with the exact same result. Outstanding company and service. I brag them up on other forums. They are worthy of our support!

FYI - Every order i've received from Thermoworks comes with a bag of Jelly Bellies. Nice touch for sure! ;)
