T-day dinner take two

We had friends and family over for Thanksgiving and had a great time: two turkeys and a ham went fast... as in no leftovers. So, we decided last weekend we were going to do T-day over because we didn't get enough. Today was the day -- I fried a turkey and made all the fixins (including dressing muffins). It was such a beautiful day outside (70*s) but I didn't have a plan for the cooker so I decided to do some Brussel Sprouts on the mini wsm. I haven't used the mini in a while and it gave be a chance to use the new mini chimney as well.

Setup (added one Hickory chunk to get some smoke on the sprouts when the fire was burning clean):

Prepped the Brussel Sprouts with some Bad Byron's, butter, and bullion (covered them with foil about an hour into the cook):
