Been enjoying the forums for awhile reading as much as I can and figured I would say hello. I recently moved and left behind my built in BBQ so I'm starting all over at the new house. I have always been a bbq'r and did lots of rotisserie. I figured I would try something new and give smokin a try. Looking to get a 18" WSM and I'm dying to jump right in but past experience says to do my homework first. I have read tons of stuff here but I was wondering if there are any good books that you guys recommend? Just trying to figure out what meats are tougher to smoke, where I should begin, what to expect, stuff like that. Thanks in advance.
