What to do with: smoked green plum tomatoes

These were the end of the season, small green plum tomatoes...smoked and partially dehydrated. They are shrunken and mushy....
What should I do with em?

Also, smoked some hot peppers not quite fully dried.

spicy-hot tomato relish similar to chow-chow. That's the end of garden season catch all...

Just kept it simple. Chopped smoked green tomatoes, peppers and some sweet onion together, speed it on a bun...it was hot dog heaven.
Don't forget some sharp cheddar cheese.
