Anyone know of a tweek for Sweet baby rays? I read about adding Sriracha sauce, and apple cider vinegar. This a good combo when I dont wan't to make sauce from scratch.

I like to cut it with some soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce. I'll add some hot sauce too if I want it to have a little kick.

The best thing to do with Sweet Baby Rays is throw it away

and buy some Stubbs (spicy).

I mix Blues Hog Original and Tennessee Red 50/50 mix ... Blue Hog Original is way too sweet and red is vinegar base – nice offset. I also add a touch of crushed chipotle, but I like it to have a little kick.

My understanding, Sweet Baby Ray is like Blue hog original. Maybe pick up Tennessee Red and mix a small batch till it suits your taste.
