Southwestern Marinade

1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, toasted and ground
1/2 teaspoon peppercorns, toasted and ground
4 ripe plum tomatoes
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 medium yellow onion, diced
1/2 Cup fresh orange juice
3 Tablespoon lime juice
2 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
4 chipotle chiles (canned in Adobo)
2t. Adobo from the chipotles
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon salt
