I plan to do a ham tomorrow in my new WSM (2nd cook). I usually buy the pre-cooked spiral sliced hams. Do these work well in the WSM? What temp and how long? Thanks.
I've done a couple of hams on the grill and and smoker and pretty much decided that ham is ham. No offense, do try it, you may have a different opinion.
But I saw some "ham loaf" recipes here http://tvwbb.com/eve/forums/a/...681064116#4681064116 and decided I had to try it. Yesterday I made up a loaf by basically merging the two recipes but with mustard instead of ketchup. It came out really well (thanks Kevin and Daryl) and I will do this in the future rather than just recooking an already cooked ham.
