butt on brisket???

I was looking for that old post which had the butt over brisket recipe?? can't find it..

Does anyong have a quick link to the post??

Also, is it a good idea? or am I better off smoking both separately??

Here....The basting the but gives the brisket if the brisket is on the lower grate is recomended. But then again the butt needs no care so thats a valid point why it should be on the lower rack.

I would go Butt over brisket.
