March is our new November

Cold, snow, hail typical weather for November but we’re getting it in March. So we had a full Turkey dinner! I bought two small turkeys at Thanksgiving and froze one. Spatched the bird. 14” WSM running 365°. Pecan wood and KBB.

Of course right after I got the pit lit we were on a full blizzard. The PartyQ ran like a champ and kept the cook going. When I lit tue pit we had no snow when I pulled the turkey off we had 6”!

Mashed garlic taters, homemade rosemary thyme and sage gravy, mixed veggies. I booked the back bone and neck for stock. Which we used in gravy and stuffin muffins.

Case,
That is so funny, I was going to make a full on chicken dinner yesterday, but it was 65 degrees here so we made spatchcocked, smoked, pulled chicken, with homemade mac and cheese, and homemade slaw. Felt more fitting for the weather.
That meal looks so good!!! I love smoked turkey and/or chicken dinners from the Weber, seriously one of my favorites and yours always looks out of bounds!

Great looking meal. The weather is crazy here in the South as well. Eighty degrees the last couple of days. High in the 50’s for the next few.

I live in ATL also man its been great for a few months. We got that blast at Christmas except for a few days really has not been bad springtime is here for us still will get a few crap days but we are there.

Perfect cook Case. I'm a turkey junkie, love turkey! Don't love the lousy weather we are having here. 30s at night and today was the first day we've hit 60 and really windy every day. Haven't grilled in six months too cold for me.
I also have an 12 pound turkey in my freezer awaiting warmer weather, can't wait to get that puppy cooked.

Thanks all for the replies! We had more snow this week. Now today it’s 50 and it’s a mud and slush out outback there!
