Hey guys,

it's been a while since I've last posted something but here's a little something from today's holiday dinner. Herb rubbed Prime Rib

10 lbs Rib Roast
Salt
Pepper

Paste:
EVOO
Garlic
Sage
Thyme
Rosemary

Wood:
Pecan
Cowboy Lump Charcoal

Temp:
235-250

Time:
4.5 hours

Salted night before and rub consisted of EVOO, Thyme, Rosemary, Sage

Reverse Sear in oven @ 500 degrees for 8 mins

Great Looking Prime rib! Bet it was tasty! Have a 3 bone waiting in the marinade until end of the week!
 
WOW!!! You nailed that Rib Roast for sure. It looks delicious. We're going to be doing a 2 bone roast on New Years day.
