    After purchasing my Silver C from Craigs list I thought I was fine with the stainless steel grates, I was wrong! I was cruiseing the Home Depot and saw a big stack of PCI grates, had a couple of extra bucks so I picked the up, my gawd those grill marks are spectacular!

    Hi folks, I just picked up this grill off Craigs list today, my question is what type of tune-up should I give it? I already did a thorough burn off and grate cleaning. Also should the side burner have any kind of grate, or does your pan just sit right on top of the burner?

    Turkey Brining ?

    I am planning to get a "bone in" turkey breast for my next cook, and use Keri C's brine recipe. My question is, since this comes frozen, can I but it directly in the cooled brine and into the fridge and let it thaw out while soaking in the brine? Thanks for you input.
