I 'm sure I'm not the only one that watches License to Grill, but I was watching last Saturdays show and ole Rob smoked up a 9# top sirlion roast. Now all I ever get from the show is examples of what not to do, but this looked pretty good.

Any one ever tried it?

I have not seen the show mentioned. I have done top sirloin in place of tri-tip, described here. Very good.

Q'n, Golf'n & Grill'n... too many choices!

Sounds really good, looks like I'll be checking Sam's Club this weekend for a whole Sirloin. Carve out and set aside a couple nice steaks and smoke the rest!
