    guys sorry for the delay, I have not had a chance to work on the Cart again, planning to get back to it this weekend. For the gas asssit, right now I just place the starter rod into the charcoal and light it with a lighter. I do have an idea on how to get the ignitor to work and will try it...

    Stoker won't communicate with either my network or software on computer

    try setting the stoker to ip address 255.000.000.000 then reset it, it will put it back into DHCP mode. Maybe the address you are using is outside the alloted network IP address...

    Dan, I hope that they resolve your problems quickly, I found it best to give them a call. I will say my team partner bought one that came before the weekend ( black box version, like mine) and we ran it for a 20 hour smoke with no issues. Good luck!
