The adjustable door hinge for the right door on my 2010 EP320 Genesis bit the dust recently so did a Google search for the replacement part and e-replacements was the only site that had it and they charged $32 +$8 shipping.

I decided to call Weber CS and at least see what they had to say. I called them about 1/2 hour ago and told the lady what part I needed, etc. She looked it up, said it was in stock, and that it will go out on Mon via FedEx. I asked what the cost was and she said "we're applying it to the warranty so no cost". Cool! Saved $40 just by giving then a call 😊

Definitely. Best customer service I've ever experienced. Great discounts on parts, my advice is always call Weber first for your parts needs.

It’s really good to hear some good experience stories more often than the poor ones. They have good days and bad days just like anyone in any customer service business. The thing I’ve found is it’s much better to start out on a good note with them than just start with a rant. Heck, the person on the other end of the line has no idea what the problem is.
Even if you have to call a couple of times the last person may not have taken good notes or I might have irritated her/him so much that I’ve been placed on a “fecal agenda” and there have been times when I probably should have been put there but, I’ve gotten the same person a couple of times (other places) when we have just started chatting away about their location or how the family is, some people are just better at that than others.
