Yesterday's Dinner at Dad's


 
Well, yesterday again, I threw on a boneless standing rib roast (or as some call it Prime Rib) but since I got Choice grade I can't call it "Prime Rib". More like Choice Rib :D Anyway it was an outstanding meal! Used a little cherry wood in the smoke box as well. And kept it very simple. Salt and pepper only.

Actually he does. He has a nice show to listen to. But, he's on at an oddball time. Though when I listen in on his show it does bring back memories of the old WLS/WCFL times
