I picked mine up at the local True Value. $179, but no shipping of course.

If there's a "shortage" and you're in the country you might have a hard time finding a WSM. But any semi-suburban area ought to have a bunch of places that stock the beasts (check the Weber site for a list - they have it sorted by exactly which Weber lines each place carries).

I had a hard time getting mine and I used the Weber site as suggested - locating rib racks was a major pain in the "pulled pork" so I ordered two from Weber direct, I should have done that right away.

I have found this is a great machine for chicken, ribs and pulled pork but I have to load it up because of the time involved - next is going to be a pastrami with some chicken to fill in the space.
