2023 marks the 19th year in which we will celebrate our pride in Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker ownership with WSM Smoke Day!
Originally proposed by TVWBB member @Joe kiess in 2005, WSM Smoke Day is held on the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend. We discuss in advance what we're going to barbecue, we barbecue it, take photos, and post them here for all to see. It's a virtual, online backyard barbecue cook-out -- and you're invited!
If you don't currently own a WSM, that's OK, you have plenty of time to buy one here.
But you're welcome to join in the fun even if you're not a WSM owner. Just cook something on your Weber kettle or Weber gas grill or your Weber Griddle or even your non-Weber grill (we won't pick on you too much) and show us what you cooked.
We're even flexible on the date! If you can't cook on May 27, do it in the days before or after and share your photos when you can.
Please start a new thread to let us know what you plan to cook. If you throw a big shindig with guests, make sure to share photos! If you want to open up your home and invite other forum members to cook with you, that's great!
I can't wait to see how to choose to celebrate WSM Smoke Day 19!
