Is it possible to roll your eyes back after putting a piece of meat that you cooked in your WSM and watch others at the same table doing the same thing? Yes,yes and oh yes! I've done chicken quarters, pork butts,pork ribs(both baby's and spares)Beef rib's, smoked cheese and today I did the tri tip covered in Mrs. Dash original steak blend and put it on at 226* @ the grate and took it off when internal reached 170*. Couldn't find Susie Q seasoning as mentioned in the Let's Cook Section.....never the less it was totally awesome. No hot dogs but I did have some italian sausage to throw on just to try. Finding the TVWB site was a stroke of luck. Purchased my WSM 3 months ago...the rest is history. I thank you all, new members and veterans for all the help and suggestions. To me......life does not get any better than this ! Proud to be a WSM member. /infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Just got my WSM after using a Brinkmann and there is no comparison in the quality nor results!

Glad you have achieved that Quevana (Nirvana with a little barbecue in it!)
