I am selling a gently used Weber Smokey Mountain 22" with cover AND a Flame Boss 400 Temperature Controller for $400
WSM 22’’ - This smoker does an amazing job on everything I've put in it and can cook a lot at once, including two large turkeys or six full racks of ribs. You’ll be hard pressed to find a better tasting cooker. New this unit runs $549 from any reputable retailer.
FB-400 – The Flame Boss 400 is a Temperature Controller that works by monitoring the temperature inside the smoker and adjusting airflow to maintain a consistent temperature. It is easy to use and manage any cook through an app for either iOS and Android. This unit sold new for $259, is only 8 months old and still under a complete manufacturer warranty.
I bought this controller to use with the WSM 22 and it works amazingly well. With a single load of charcoal, it can maintain 225° for 8 hours within a few degrees of the target temp. It really does take the guesswork and labor out of charcoal heat management... just set it and forget it.
I am selling as a set for $400 ($808 new) and will also throw in a 1/2 bag of Mesquite wood and a roll of pink butcher paper.
I live in Meridian Pointe Manteca so you will have to come to me and transport home. Cooker disassembles and fits easily into a vehicle.
