I agree, the 18" WSM is the Goldielocks size, not too big, not too small, just right.

I agree. Except my brisket is a bit too long. Hmm. Such issues.
In fact, I would like the small one too. Regular days. Single oh who am I kidding. I always cook more than we need. Haha.
