Sharing this as reference for E/S6 owners who seek to measure coal burn over time.
These are the before and after burn rates using KPro when I smoked my pastrami recently.
Cooktime was 3 hours total, 300°F average temp and I pulled the pastrami when it probed around 167-172°F.
Started with two CBs and a center runway of coals. Center was 2 briqs wide, approximately.
After 3 hours cooktime.
I estimate it burned around 50% total of the briqs. I was able to reuse the leftover KPro along with some JDXL for a chicken dinner a few nights after.
