Dave Anderson is either the owner of or a partner in Tamarack Farms Winery, a 2-years-new venture located southeast of Hayward, WI. We stopped there to check out their wood-fired pizza last month and it was pretty good, although I like a less-sweet sauce and would've preferred the pizza itself to be a little more done. But the sausage was really good, and the guy tending the oven sure looked like he could've been Famous at one time...
