Working the Searwood this weekend

I did some overnight pulled pork starting on Saturday night. It was on sale at the grocery store and would make for good lunch for me at work all week. I put it in the smoker at around 9 p.m. set at 200. I woke up around 7:30 and put the pork in the drip tray, covered it up and let it ride until it got to 205 and pulled it. It was so tender already, but I set it aside to rest. When I pulled it, it was falling apart and that bone was completely clean!

I got my cleaning done around the house, and decided to do a whole chicken in the Searwood. I started it at slow 200 for an hour and then pumped it up to 375. Turned out amazingly well after I let it rest. Going to be some good eating this week!
