Today was woodwork day. I hand sawed apple, peach and, pecan. A little work is good for the soul. The hickory was already chunked. On the way home from wally's to get some butts I spied a huge oak that had totaled a formerly very stately 2 story home. So now now I have a supply of oak for those beef cooks.
