I'm curious -- what are peoples' favorite woods to use for butt and brisket?

I know it's a personal preference thing, but I'm interested to see if there's any consensus on the best woods to use for these two meats.

pork I like hickory, pecan and fruit woods
Beef I like oak and fruit woods
Fish Alder and fruit woods
