Hey guys ...

got a wood question for you !!

I usually smoke my ribs using maple wood or sometimes cherry but i am going low on both !! got to go at my uncle to get some more !!

but i still have plenty of beech wood from last winter, do you know if it is any good ??

Because it was from last year? or because its beech wood?
I've never used it, but read that it's mild similar to alder (which I use) on US species.
Good for fish, pork,chicken and Budweiser.
