Bruno TVWBB Hall of Fame Sep 11, 2021 #1 Smoked a couple pork tenderloins on the SmokeFire, smoked at 200 until 105 and cranked her up to 500. Used the same recipe from before on some snap peas and mushrooms on the wok. Served over white rice and it was delicious!!
