Wings

Made some wings with the vortex tonight.
Seasoned with Chicka Licka Bam Bam and 2 pierces of apple chunk for the smoke.
Not bad at all.
They are very juicy.
If I had to critique I’d say next time only one chunk of smoke wood and maybe spg for seasoning.
The wife doesn’t think they are too Smokey or over seasoned so that’s a win.
