Wings and Burgers

Cooked up a family pack of wings. Started them at 250 but jumped up to 280 and they went little over 2 hours.
Came out pretty good. Maybe could have gone a little longer or could have turned the heat up a little more at the end. Skin rendered nice but was also a little tough. Meat was tender, so it was close to a win. Started burgers at 350 and ramped to 500 after first flop.
500 brought out some nice flames as these were fatty burgers. Will start at 500 next time. Still learning. Will definitely need a cleaning tomorrow. Sorry no flaming burger photos. Two many greasy burgers on fire for a photo.
Cheap beef but impressed at how well the Smokefire handled the grease. Also had no off taste from the grease smoke.

Chicken gives crispy skin if you start at 350°F for the first 15-20 mins and then dial down to 300° to cook without burning. You’ll render that fat and get a nice texture and bite.

Enjoy your new grill and keep experimenting! Looking good 👍
