Great post and cook! I really liked the beans and really everything was great. On the performer you might try banking your charcoal with some firebrick so you can moderate how much heat they're getting to 'crisp' the skin. Usually I get a better color and carmelization, but not much 'crisp'. Still, you're wings look wonderful.
