I'm doing some ribs this weekend, but BRITU has gotten a bit old. Don't misconstrue that - I still love 'em.
I just want to try something different.

Heading to Border's or Barnes & Noble after work to looking for Willingham's book, but I was wondering
if someone would be generous enough to e-mail me the recipe for his World Champion Ribs that I've heard so
many good things about. (Or is that a no-no?) It'd be a big help.

Hi Alan,
I have this book, but the recipe you are asking about would be kind of difficult to email.

It calls for 2 slabs of spareribs and 1/2 cup cider vinegar and 1/2 cup water mixed....but then it says.."or use 1 cup All-Purpose Marinade (page 181) or W'ham Marinade (another recipe)

then it goes on to adding 6-7 tbs Mild Seasoning Mix (another recipe on page 171) or W'ham Mild Seasoning (another recipe).

LOL

So, as you can see...this recipe has several of his other recipes incorporated into it.

I definitely recommend the book though...lots of great recipes and info for sure.
