Will this two burner Genesis lid fit on a Silver A?

This two burner Genesis grill is being given away close by to me. I have a Silver A and was thinking about picking it up and putting the red lid on my A. Will it fit? I know the three burner B/C Silver lids fit the Genesis 1000 but was not sure about the two burner models.
