can any of you suggest a wild game cookbook for grilling/smoking, etc?
My wild hog ham came out pretty good. I raised the internal temp to 170, but fearing it would dry out, i pulled it. The meat was tasty, very juicy and fairly tender, though another hour may have brought more tenderness.
I figured it might be good to have a book that would cover hogs, venison and other wild game to help me along. There are lots of choices, so if you know a paricularly good one, pls advise.
