I hear ya Mike, I am travelling this year too.. so I have decided to move our celebration to the May long, 19th it is.

I'm gonna try the official day of the 25th. The snow on the May long drives me nuts !

I am smoking early as I will be working that day. But I will grill when I get off work on the 25th as a token. Today is ribs and they are almost done. On the 18th I will be doing pulled pork.
