First time to try one. What temp. at lid and how long? What temp. to take off pit? Gonna use for sandwiches. Thanks for helping out.
 
Probably want to treat a whole turkey breast like a whole turkey, rather than boneless pieces.
 
Yep, just like a whole turkey. Whole breast is all I ever do, as no one in my family likes dark meat. Follow the temps in the Basic Brine recipe for crisp skin and shorter cooking time. You can cook low too but the skin will be rubbery. And as always, use the search.....there are lots of posts on turkey and bone in breast.
