About. how much do whole pork butts weight ? local save a lot store has em for .99 cents a pound. another local store has pork butts for 1.69 those of course are cut up pork butts. Can you cut in half a whole pork butt youself ? I'm thinking about buying several whole butts and freezing some for later (cooking), good idea or not/ Do they freeze well ? Please advise.
