I checked them out along with a lot of others online & then went to youtube & found this one... cornbread stuffing (good recipes in your link I'm sure) is new to me.

Yep, that is pretty good.
I just logged on to tell Clint that we use a 50/50 mix of breakfast sausage ( sage> Bob Evans ) and hamburger.
We use just the bagged Pepperidge farm dried herbed cubes along with a few loaves of day old bread (torn)

I added thyme based on that whitecastle recipe. Thanks! I don't use much thyme but I used some in a wing sauce last week that turned out darn good.

That's some mighty fine looking stuffing Clint. Never been big on stuffing, but if I were I would hope for stuffing like yours
