This one had a clean lemon flavor. It wasn’t syrupy lemon but a nice change. The zest was macerated with the sugar to evenly disperse the lemon oils into the batter. The recipe was only 1/4 cup of fresh Meyer lemon juice. Since Meyers are on the sweeter side, this cheesecake has what I’d call a lemon boost flavor. Not a sour lemon flavor.Oh man, I love cheesecake. New York style is the best! I'm not a big fan of lemon flavored dessert, but I've seen your other cheesecakes and they are droolworthy for sure!

Oh boy, more seems to go IN the "Make Soon" folder than comes OUT of it. Now up to 85I just counted, there are now 73 recipes in the "Make Soon" folder. Maybe I need a "Make Next Year" folder.
