Oh man, I love cheesecake. New York style is the best! I'm not a big fan of lemon flavored dessert, but I've seen your other cheesecakes and they are droolworthy for sure!

This one had a clean lemon flavor. It wasn’t syrupy lemon but a nice change. The zest was macerated with the sugar to evenly disperse the lemon oils into the batter. The recipe was only 1/4 cup of fresh Meyer lemon juice. Since Meyers are on the sweeter side, this cheesecake has what I’d call a lemon boost flavor. Not a sour lemon flavor.

I’m not a big fan of lemon desserts too. But I’d make this one again though.

I don't know about in a book form, but like I have said here before, I have hundreds of recipes I have posted here that are T & T.

I just counted, there are now 73 recipes in the "Make Soon" folder. Maybe I need a "Make Next Year" folder.

Oh boy, more seems to go IN the "Make Soon" folder than comes OUT of it. Now up to 85

Brett, you nail that right on the head. Outstanding job. We love cheese cake and I do make it every so often. I do one in the I P and then I but cherry filling on top. YUMMY
