Hy all, while we were in Tuscany I bought and took home some really great Bistecca Fiorentina or more correct Costata di Fiorentina. We did it Saturday evening since it was my mother in law 50th bithday party. What you learn if you meet the right people in Tuscany is that this meat is allways supposed to be shared with friends to give it the true value it carrys. So we did....and everybody got the piece of pure happynes!

Hey Mk, thanks for welcome! My first picture post.....yeah looks like a tad scary, tad too much but it is not. Just moving, stacking, turning and the steak comes out nice and gooood! I love the fire and I do steaks like that instead of desert!
Nobody cares about the cake anymore....
