Where can I get a wheel hub for a weber 22.5 kettle. Weber has them but wants 16.00 for a 3 pack.
Does anyone know of a generic one that will work. Or what the diameter of the axil is.

I know the axle nuts that fit on them are 3/8", so that would be a 3/8" axle.
I've never had to buy a replacement wheel. You could just look for a worn out kettle for sale cheap. You can usually pick them up for $20 which isn't much more than $16 they want for those wheels.
 
You can buy them for much less at Ace Hardware or one of the big box home improvement stores. Not sure about the 3/8". I believe they are 5/8".
 
Thanks for correction. And yes, if you are restoring kettles no doubt but to buy a bulk package.
