I've been using a WSM 18.5 for over a year now. Cooked my 2nd brisket a few weeks ago for a small family get together and my folks are still talking about it.

Just purchased a WSM 22.5(only used once) with several bags of charcoal and wood chunks for $300 off Craigslist. Man this thing is MASSIVE.

In addition to getting in on the great discussions here I'm interested in putting together a Heatermeter.
