What was your favorite recipe or cook of summer 2021?

How about a knock off version of Lou Malnati deep dish sausage pizza on the grill.
Mostly on the Genesis, a couple time on the kettle. Tastes great and keeps the kitchen cool.....

I think we should do it each season, see what our favorite recipe or cook of that season was. That will force me into finding a few more new cooks for the fall!
I will create a fall post here in the grilling section sometime early to mid November, what do you think?
