What model Q is this?


 
My guess would be a Q200 (1st gen with piezo igniter, no thermometer in the lid, Weber cast into the dome instead of "Q", round wire tank support on the rear leg that won't fit the larger 1lb propane bottles). The Q1xx has more of a dome on the lid, and is more often seen with the folding cart as it is the most portable of the Qs. I'm not even sure Weber made a stationary cart for the Q1xxx, although the folding cart was designed to fit both models.
 
Yep it's an early Q200. I bought one exactly like it for my oldest daughter when she was in college. They still have it
