what model of Weber N/G would you buy used.

Hi everyone. A couple of years ago I went all charcoal. I do not regret that for a second however there are times when I would like to use the C/I outside and I just don't want to fire up the big kettle. Years before I spend serious $ bringing gas to my back deck. I have had other makes. For the odd time I will use a gas grill I was thinking about looking for a deal on something used. For the first time I'm thinking about a Weber. What model (s) should I consider?

Almost any model that Weber sold as available in propane and NG. If you find a good deal on a propane model check with a parts distributer and see if a NG manifold is available and if so swap it out, very easy to do. I just did a 1993 genesis 1000 cost $49 for a new NG manifold and took about 20 minutes to do it. If you try to buy one from Weber they want the serial # to make sure you’re replacing a NG with a NG, but the parts companies don’t care. Here’s the one I used.
